Service Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment (100%) is required to confirm all bookings.
No bookings will be secured without full payment.
Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be issued with tour details and meeting instructions.

2. Indemnity Form
All guests are required to complete and sign an indemnity form before the tour commences.
Failure to complete and sign the indemnity form may result in the company being released from any liability for incidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the tour.
The indemnity form outlines potential risks associated with safari activities and affirms guest acknowledgment and acceptance.

3. Cancellation Policy
14+ days before tour: 100% refund (less any processing or banking fees)
5–13 days before tour: 50% refund
Less than 5 days before tour: No refund
No-shows or late arrivals: Non-refundable
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. Changes & Rescheduling
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
One free reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed during peak seasons.

5. Weather & Force Majeure
Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, park restrictions).
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Yavola Tours is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control.

6. Inclusions & Exclusions

Included:
Guided game drive in an open safari vehicle
Professional local tour guide
Bottled water

Not included:
Meals and snacks
Etosha National Park entrance fees
Alcoholic beverages and personal purchases

7. Liability
Yavola Tours & Transfers and its employees are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.
Participation in our tours is at your own risk.

8. Guest Responsibility
Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure safety and wildlife conservation.
Arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may forfeit the tour without refund.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the tour.
Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, wildlife, and the environment.

9. Photography & Media
Photos and videos taken by Yavola Tours staff during tours may be used for marketing purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must inform us in writing prior to the tour.
